  • What You'll Do

    As a Documentation Specialist, you strive to create concise and detailed manuals and training materials for complex software. You are comfortable navigating in a new system to create informative presentations and attention-holding training sessions. Your writing skills are just as honed as your technical skills – you’re someone who can wear multiple hats. You know how to set the bar high and not only achieve that goal yourself – but bring others along with you. You get the “big” picture and want to contribute accordingly – and that’s why you’ll have all the opportunity for career growth within our company you’ll want. 

     

    You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:

     

    • Preparing training materials implementation guides, and technical specifications

    • Developing new training material based on functional specifications

    • Producing and presenting product demonstrations for end user training

    • Performing graphic design and animation

    • Writing detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records

    • Assisting in developing an overall change management strategy for ECS applications

    • Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality

    What We're Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • 5-7 years of experience working in documentation preparing training materials
