You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:
Strong business development and marketing skills
Leading and mentoring the operations and staff of the business development departments
Developing initiatives related to improving strategic market leadership through marketplace research and analyses
Developing client relationships
Handling all media relations and corporate communications
Developing strategies for re-building and improving various BD tactics and training accordingly
Providing direction on teaming and interaction with all clients and owners
BS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field – MBA/MKT preferred.
5+ years of Business Development and/or Marketing experience – highly preferable if in the Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering , Materials Testing or Facilities markets
