  • What You'll Do

    As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you are extremely innovative and creative in your sourcing strategies, especially when sourcing for entry-level field technicians who have GRIT.  You play an important role on the recruiting team, filling the talent pipeline with qualified applicants from a variety of diverse sources. Our company is growing rapidly and you stand ready to support that growth by meeting and exceeding staffing needs in this role that represents a significant part of our firm.  You are no stranger to sourcing in a multi-office setting across a large geographic footprint for an evergreen type of role.  You are goal oriented and put your maximum effort forth until those goals are achieved.     You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:


    • Supporting and contributing to the building of an ongoing field technician sourcing strategy 
    • Seeking improvement to impact the ECS technician candidate pipeline
    • Building applicant sources and maintaining relationships with key contacts across a geographically dispersed market, both local and national, including: community organizations, non-governmental minority and unemployment organizations, high schools and community colleges, etc
    • Researching and facilitating job fairs, hiring events, career development events, etc, to maintain a hiring-presence in multiple office communities, while coordinating effectively with local office hiring managers
    • Targeted ad campaigns built to reach potential applicants based on specific pre-defined individual characteristics (IP targeting, contextual), broad-based location characteristics (geo-fence targeting), and social media
    • Managing the social media and job board advertising, ensuring postings are compelling, accurate, positioned for maximum effectiveness, and compliant
    • Collaborating with internal marketing department to create and curate content for targeted ad campaigns
    • Optimizing channel and advertising spend
    • Tracking, measuring and reporting on campaign results
    • Generating a pipeline of qualified entry-level field technician applicants
    • Leveraging social media to source for A-players
    • Communicating effectively via email, telephone, and face-to-face
    • Have a strong sense of urgency with the ability to thrive under pressure

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree required; BA/BS in Human Resources preferred
    • 2+ years experience sourcing candidates within either a search firm or a corporate recruitment setting required
