  • What You'll Do

    As a Plan Reviewer, you have a great eye for detail and strive for excellence. You currently have some experience with the latest ICC Commercial Building Codes (2000 – 2012) but are looking to expand your involvement. Your role in the process at ECS is to confirm the quality and excellence of all M/E/P third party plans. You are extremely focused and put examine effort forth in all projects.     You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:


    • PPI inspections and project management

    • IBC Building Codes
    • Building and M/E/P Third Party Inspections
    • Being a Combination Inspector
    • Reviewing Plans
    • Fire protection and green projects
    • New construction and build out

    What We're Looking For

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

    • Any experience a plus

    • Florida PX number and BN number strongly preferred but not required
    • Florida Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Inspector required
    • Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites – mileage will be reimbursed and a tablet for remote reporting will be provided
